Starnik Inc. and it’s affiliated entities (“Starnik”, “we”, or “our”) respect your privacy and complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including but not limited to accessing our website at https://www.starnik.com, sales and marketing activities, events, and during the course of delivering our products and services (“Services”).

The information we collect includes both information you knowingly and actively provide us when using or participating in any of our services and promotions, and any information automatically sent by your device in the course of delivering our Services.
IMPORTANT: THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT DOES NOT APPLY TO CLIENT DATA. Starnik’s confidentiality, privacy, and other obligations with respect to its Services and Client Data (data collected and controlled by Starnik’s clients as part of our cloud services), are governed solely by the agreements under which the Services are provided.
Starnik generally does not have a direct relationship with the individuals to whom our clients’ personal information and data may pertain, Starnik only hosts or processes such data on their behalf. If you have any questions about the data practices of a Starnik client that uses personal information on our servers, please contact the Starnik client directly.
Log Data
When you visit or use our services, our servers may automatically log the standard data provided by your web browser. It may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, GPS location information (if enabled), other details about your visit, and technical details that occur in conjunction with the use of our services.
Please be aware that while this information may not be personally identifying by itself, it may be possible to combine it with other data to personally identify individuals.
How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need to, depending on what we are using your information for. Limits of Our Policy

If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our services immediately. Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective practices.

We will take reasonable steps to correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or out of date.

Please note however that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
Children’s Privacy
We do not market any of our products or services directly at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have information collected about a child, please contact us as described in this Privacy Statement. We will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
Use of Cookies
We use “cookies” to collect information about you and your activity across our sites. A cookie is a small piece of data that our website stores on your computer, and accesses each time you visit, so we can understand how you use our site.
Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature to signal your privacy preference about your online browsing activities. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or other mechanisms that automatically communicates your online choice. If a standard for online tracking is adopted in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
Changes to This Policy
At our discretion, we may change our privacy policy at any time. Your continued use of any Starnik product or service after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check this Privacy Statement periodically for updates. If we make a material change in the way we use or share your personal information, we will provide notice that our policy has changed on our website. This policy was last updated December 2021.
General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”)
A company is a Data Controller when it has the responsibility of determining why and how personal information is processed, whereas a company is a Data Processor when it processes personal information on behalf of a Data Controller. Some countries, including countries in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), impose certain responsibilities on Data Controllers and Data Processors. Starnik is a Data Processor (and NOT a Data Controller) under GDPR with respect to Your personal data.
Starnik’s clients are Data Controllers. They make all decisions about how and why personal data is to be processed, including any disclosure or transmission to third parties. If you wish to exercise any rights you have to access, correct, amend or delete personal information or data pertaining to you that has been submitted or entered into a Starnik Service by or on behalf of a client (including collected by a Starnik Service), please inquire with the client directly. If an authorized client has no ability to update or remove the data in question via the use of our Services, we will acknowledge their request within 30 days.
California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”)
Starnik may receive personal information of California residents via their clients. Please note that most of the personal information Starnik collects and maintains is as a service provider on behalf of Starnik’s clients. As a result, Starnik’s clients’ privacy policies, not this Privacy Statement, cover that information. You may have certain rights with respect to personal information, as set forth in Cal. Civ. Code 1798.100 et seq. If you make a request to us with respect to such data, we may be required to refer you to the client, whose behalf we may maintain the information. This Privacy Statement addresses such information consistent with the provisions of the law.
